This wiki comprises the bulk of my notes that I used for my reading comps in my dissertation program in Cultural Studies. The research focused on visual and literary archetypes from ancient mythology to modern day adaptations. The Adaptation Studies, Convergence Culture, and Visual/Rhetoric sections contain entries pertaining to theoretical aspects of my research, largely what other theorists have said. The Comic Books and Mythology sections contain my primary source material analysis and notes.
